Sous Chef required for an all fresh Gastro Pub located in Oxfordshire.
Thriving Gastro Pub looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Our client has a 150 seater restaurant using all fresh produce, you will be working in a team of 7.
Duties of the Job :
Assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and to take over in Head Chef's absence.
Work across all sections of the kitchen, providing support and guidance where needed.
Adopt and maintain the strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
Ensure consistent quality through a hands on approach to prep and service.
Assist with the training and development of the junior members of the team.
What we need from you :
Sous Chef experience is preferred, however a strong Junior Sous may be considered.
Must be driven to succeed as a chef and work with the Head Chef to develop the business.
Have excellent time keeping, personal and man management skills.
Salary up to £28,000, Please note this position is live out.
