We have a unique opportunity on offer for an experienced Sous Chef who is looking to work within a well established 2AA rosette restaurant based in the Mayfair area.
The restaurant offers fresh British produce with seasonal menu changes on a regular basis.
You would be working within a brigade of 6-7 chefs.
This role would also involve working closely with the Head Chef in menu creation.
You will need to have experience at Sous Chef level, be a stronger leader, able to work a high volume service throughout the week and weekends, have experience in Modern European cooking, and be able to work breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
Opening hours are Monday - Sunday and you will be working 7 shifts a week.
