Position summary The Service Desk Analyst will play a pivotal role within the operations support team working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and two other skilled engineers to ensure a high level of technical support to the whole group.

Youll be responsible for providing 1 st & 2 nd Line support to all users both remotely and onside across a variety of applicants and systems via analysing and diagnosing issues in a timely and effective manner.

In additional to working closely with your team, youll be required to laisse with third party suppliers to ensure calls are escalated to the correct poc.

  • What technologies will you be working with in this role? Active Directory & Group Policy support Hardware support including;
  • workstations, tablets, mobiles, printers, peripherals and applications Understanding of Antivirus software Internal application support including MS Office and Adobe Networking : LAN / WAN / VPN support and troubleshoot If youre motivated and looking to progress your skills this is a great place to start.

    Youll be reporting to a highly experienced manager who takes pride in developing his team and making sure you learn what you want to learn.
