Role Overview :

We are currently looking for college / school leavers to work withinnumerous functions within Linden Homes Eastern, Chelmsford.

This particular role will be based within the Technical team you willshadow and work with our Managers, Coordinators and other Technical Staff, as wellas experiencing time in each of our departments throughout your time on theManagement Trainee programme, including :

  • Technical
  • Land and Planning
  • Finance
  • We currently have an open role for a Site Management Trainee based inour Eastern Region, Chelmsford, Essex.

    You will be expected to contribute and have an impact from day one,supported by a comprehensive structured training programme and relevant jobrelated training.

    Mentored by an experienced manager, you will be supportedthrough your relevant qualification whilst gaining important on-

    the-job workexperience as well as attending various personal development courses. You willbe fully immersed in the workings of the business, interacting with keydecision makers whilst at the same time being coached and mentored.

    Requirements :

  • The capacity to take on real responsibility from day one
  • The drive and ambition to succeed in an exciting and challenging environment
  • There are various entry routes into the scheme, from BTEC to A-Levels and equivalent vocational qualifications.
  • As a minimum, we require you to have a C in GCSE Maths and English and the equivalent of two A-Levels (160 UCAS points).
