Serving a fresh seasonal menu, this venues ingredients are all sourced from local farms. Located within the Cotswold, this gastro pub is looking for a confident fresh food sous chef to join their team.
Offering fresh high standard food this venue also has 8 en-suite rooms.
Working alongside the Head Chef and management team, your job as the new Sous Chef would be to help with the daily running of the kitchen.
You would be expected to create menus, order stock and motivate and develop the other Junior Chefs. A candidate for this role should have previous Sous Chef experience whilst working within a rosette kitchen for a minimum of 1 Year.
