Provide Consumer Science related support to Mondelēz global legal entities, per service agreements. This includes the global chocolate category but may also include support to other regions as organization priorities dictate.

Within this role, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of assigned research programs / projects that lead to actionable business results for the Chocolate Technology and Discovery programmes, including projects associated with cocoa, personalisation and customisation and data modelling.

You will also work under a high degree of autonomy to plan and conduct independent programs and projects as a fully engaged cross-

functional partner interacting with key senior stakeholders and professionals outside the company at professional meetings.

You will develop project objectives and strategies independently in response to the business opportunity. You will possess broad consumer science experience including several years of managing complex projects and programs and associated sensory-

consumer data analysis.

The jobholder is internally recognized consumer science / statistics expert with a demonstrated track record of using knowledge to solve complex problems and further business strategic goals.

Qualifications

Candidate requirements Educated to at least degree level in a scientific subject and / or appropriate post graduate qualifications.

Skilled at negotiation and influence. Mastery in Sensory and Consumer tools and techniques including preference mapping, drivers of liking, focus groups and 1-

on-1 interviews. Strong knowledge of statistical theory and its application to sensory / consumer research. Practical experience of application of statistical analysis including analysis of complex data sets and data mining.

Project Management. Proven track record in effective partnering with clients and / or stakeholders and ability to communicate well with non-
