Currently exploring the market for experienced Incident Response professionals to join a market leading cyber security organisation, to work on a number of high profile projects within the UK.

This is the opportunity to work within a market leading Cyber Security Giant, and brings with it the advantages including clear career progression and the chance to work alongside industry leading professionals.

The successful Incident Response Lead will work within a team of technical experts across several business areas, taking the technical lead and providing SME support on a range of complex problems and client engagements.

The successful Candidate will be a strong technical lead with managerial know how. You will be primarily focused on leading a wide range of complex cyber incidents.

You will also manage a number of analysts performing a range of tasks from digital forensics to analysis to network data logs and will likely perform a range of technical work alongside them as well as manage the bigger picture of the incident and lead the investigation.

You will also be expected to :

  • Deliver high quality work to meet client expectations and project deadlines
  • Multi-task and lead or support a number of different tasks
  • Manage a number of team members, helping them to develop and providing general line management
  • Attend client site for engagements where required
  • Required Skills and Experience

    To be a viable candidate for this role you should have :

  • Experience leading complex and varied investigations and managing several incident analysts
  • Experience managing a team of analysts and investigators
  • General technical leadership having managed technical (security related) projects
  • CREST Certified Incident Manager qualification or ability and willingness to gain this qualification
  • Knowledge of malware behaviour and techniques employed by attackers to evade existing security controls
