We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team of Membership Recruiters as self-employed or casual fundraisers.
You will be engaging with members of the public in a variety of pre-booked venues, shows and events, to promote and sell WWT membership.
Full training and materials will be provided.
You will enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and after training will feel confident selling WWT membership to the public.
You will be positive, well-organised and well-presented, with a drive to meet agreed targets. You will also be self-motivated, with experience of face-
to-face contact with the public and an interest in wildlife conservation. Some experience of in-store or face-to-face recruitment activity is desirable.
In this role we would expect to be able to offer you 2 to 5 days per week by agreement, with some bookings on weekends and Bank Holidays.
This position will require you to have your own means of travel to and from venues, or in London to use public transport where appropriate.
You will need to be based in London or in the Arundel area, and will be expected to travel within a radius of approximately one hour from your home.
Self-employed recruiters are paid on a generous commission-only basis after a supported initial probationary period, if required.
Casual staff are paid an hourly rate plus commission.
