THE ROLE :
This successful team currently act on many high profile cases, handling difficult disputes for their clients and have a breadth of commercial experience across the team.
Risk management; Construction disputes and Sports law disputes. Tis opening would suit a 5 years PQE+ Solicitor to work closely with the entire team and will be required to undertake fee-
property notices under sections 25-27 and 40 LTA 1954, section 146 notices, section 8 notices, section 21 notices, and TIWGA notice and concise letters / emails of advice and correspondence to opponents and third parties.
THE CANDIDATE :
A dynamic individual is sought, you must have experience of contested and uncontested business lease renewals under the LTA 1954, Dilapidations claims, Possession claims, Service charge claims, Easement and restrictive covenant disputes, Proprietary estoppel claims, Injunctions, Party Wall Act disputes and Enfranchisement and, have an understanding of risk and best practice and a commitment to a collaborative approach to problem-
solving. A significant and substantial part of the role will be to proactively engage in Business Development and Marketing and with the assistance of the team develop and implement a Business Development and Marketing plan tailored to the Thames Valley market.
There will be a significant opportunity to generate your own work and networks for the Thames Valley.
