Experts in multiple industries, they have a wealth of pharmaceutical knowledge in a number of different countries.
This role is unusual - not one you'll find in many MR agencies. You'll be working for an internal analytics unit that supports all of the company's healthcare teams globally, with advanced analytics and data science.
However, you won't be number crunching but instead you will be :
Advising and consulting with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will need to be knowledgeable about different data sources, structures and applications, and how to merge different data sources to create insight
Helping to prepare proposals, creating methodologies and demonstrating the teams capabilities to a variety of clients
Guiding the creating of an indexed RWE database
The go-to person for internal custom and syndicated teams specialising in healthcare. It's all about adding value to the projects.
The successful applicant will be :
Confident and communicative - this is certainly a client facing role. You will be facilitating collaboration across numerous internal teams, so expect to be spinning a few plates simultaneously
Knowledgeable about market research in general. You'll need to 'get' primary MR, secondary research and RWE.
Know how to act as a 'consultant'. Hands on project work? Advising from afar? Problem solving? Answering client queries? It's all involved!
