We are looking for an outstanding EA to join our Transactions Advisory team; someone who remains calm, on top of their work load and always has a sense of humour.
extensive diary management; being one step ahead of their MD’s needs and understands the importance of building relationships with clients and their teams.
This is not a straightforward 9-5 role and you must be versatile and willing to be flexible. The role requires someone who is extremely personable, friendly and confident.
You will be supporting 4 Managing Directors (with focus on the 2 Executive Committee Managing Directors) while overseeing some of the day to day operations of the team.
This is a fantastic job for someone who is hands on and likes a busy, rewarding and challenging role. You must have solid EA support, excellent communication and organisation skills, attention to detail and be used to working under pressure.
The role requires someone who is proactive, innovative, a team player and who is looking for a dynamic and varied role.
