Switchboard and Helpdesk Operative required for weekdays and weekends

37.5hr per week

Temp to perm position for the right candidate

Job Description

  • Being the first point of contact for individuals seeking information
  • Experience of using busy switchboard
  • Recording data and filing information
  • Booking customer transport
  • Requirements

  • Computer literate - must be able to use Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Flexible to be able to cover various working shift patterns, nights and weekends
  • Well-mannered and responsible
  • Able to deal with high pressure situations
  • Excellent multitasker
