Start Your Journey With Us JOB SUMMARY Working with the Senior Director Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand, Manager Talent Acquisition, Continent HR Team and Europe based hotels (across all brands), you will manage elements of, and execute against, continent recruitment marketing and candidate attraction initiatives and projects, including;
employer brand, employee value proposition, content curation and distribution, digital / off line candidate attraction, social recruiting, attraction innovation and critical department reporting. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Specific contributions to include, but not limited to, the following :
Leverage HQ COE employer brand and attraction resources and collateral to support the development of a robust continent employer brand and talent acquisition strategy that meets the needs of the countries and brands.
Ensure a reciprocal sharing and support relationship with HQ and maintain Europe’s position as a leading contributor to global strategy.
Support the production of role specifications and employment opportunities (Job Products) for all property and above property role types (at least one product variant per role), including;
Employee Value Proposition, responsibilities, person specification, career path and development plan, to optimise recruitment marketing efforts and quality / relevant candidate attraction.
Partner with the global COE to evolve the global career sites to ensure the continent benefits from class leading optimisation, content, features, functionality, interactivity and experience to ensure optimum candidate flow to meet the demand plans of the business.
Own the continent level SEO and SEM agenda and working relationship with LinkedIn, Glassdoor, job aggregators, job boards, all off-
line attraction channels and any contracted recruitment media partners on behalf of the continent HR and recruiting teams.
Manage and evolve continent level social media profiles, including; profile and account structure, reinforcing acceptable usage policies, profanity filtering, content contribution and distribution strategy and moderation.
Serve as the content manager for owned social media / digital properties.
Create a content community and repository to encourage and harbour continent video’s, imagery and commentary to leverage across the entire careers digital ecosystem.
Partner with the Manager, Talent Acquisition, Europe to develop new, and support existing, initiatives to excite, attract and talent pool potential Associates from emerging (University and Schools, apprenticeship, internship and Voyage Graduate programme), outreach initiatives under the World of Opportunity programme and protected characteristic talent groups.
Assist in the creation of Workforce Analytics to support the evaluation of talent acquisition processes, tools and programmes and to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Monitor quantitative measures that evaluate effectiveness of digital / social media initiatives. Make recommendations to optimise tactics.
As a key lead in the Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Centre of Expertise, perform all other duties and support ongoing projects, initiatives and training / education to all stakeholders, as assigned, to meet all business needs and goals of the continent.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience
3-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing in a large complex organisation. On property hospitality and / or corporate head office experience with high level stakeholders an advantage.
Previous experience and / or strong interest in the field of brand, marketing, communications or related employer talent initiatives in Europe an advantage.
Previous experience managing medium to large size projects and / or leading process improvement efforts.

Education or Certification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
Chartered Institute of Marketing Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
