Providing advanced administrative andclerical service to senior management team including Directors and Heads ofService
Assist in various meetings includingorganising meetings and taking minutes
Manage and prioritise emails andcorrespondence to agreed levels and timescales
Arranging meetings, expeditingattendees, meeting rooms, conference attendance, travel, parking etc.
Recording dates, maintaining files,preparing correspondence and reports
Ideal Candidates :
Experience of recording data in Excel at an intermediate / advancedlevel.
Experience of raising invoices on software such asOracle / Quickbooks / Simpro / Sprinter / Sage etc
Experience of raising requisitions and dealing withpurchase orders
Extensive minute taking experience formal executivelevel meetings, drafting agendas, turning over minutes rapidly. Understanding how to pull out the key actions and send an action log to meetingattendees
Able to schedule complex meetings and talk to variousoffices to get the job done; use the meeting room booking systems, understandhow to arrange hospitality
Be able to show initiative to be able to work outsolutions to everyday issues without being told.
