based working in the Head Office of a nationally known business which has found themselves growing on a yearly basis.

Whether you have worked in a standalone payroll position or part of a team I am looking to speak to individuals who have a thorough understanding of the payroll role function and can work to strict deadlines set by the Payroll Manager, however the business will offer training to expand on knowledge and existing skills.

You will work alongside another payroll clerk who has been with the company over 10 years which is a testament to the high levels of staff retention that the business pride themselves on.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Processing payroll for over 20 branches
  • Managing Starters and Leavers
  • Issuing P45’s and P60’s
  • Calculating holiday, sick pay, SMP and SSP
  • Auto enrolment and RTI submissions
  • Calculating Tax, NI and pension contributions
  • Dealing with payroll queries
