Founded in London in 1995 as a home for the creative community, Soho House has private member clubs, restaurants, gyms, hotels and co-

working spaces. We have members spread across the globe, and are working on many new opening in the next few years including sites in Asia.

Job Summary :

The roles primary function is to develop and improve the music and live entertainment programming across the UK and European Houses.

  • Main Responsibilities;
  • Coordinating live acts for each of the houses on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • Creating a future calendar of live acts to ensure consistency in the live music programming.
  • Engage with new live acts and ensure they are On Brand and On Trend.
  • Trouble shoot any issue that may happen with the live acts.
  • Maintain relationships with live acts and Bookers.
  • Act as a Quality Control measure to ensure atmosphere for live acts is to standard.
  • DJ in houses when and where required.
  • Sound mixing in Houses when and where required.
  • Liaising with House Events teams to coordinate live acts.
  • Work in conjunction with House Events team to ensure monthly expenditure is in line with budget forecast.
  • Manage music freelancers
  • General

  • Ensure the highest level of personal appearance at all times.
  • Ensure that you are on time for work.
  • Adhere to the company procedures for sickness and absence.
  • Be fully aware of the fire and bomb procedures.
  • Identify and report hazards and maintenance requirements in the workplace.
  • Meet any reasonable requests from Senior Management.
  • Health & Safety

  • Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
  • Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and BOMB procedures.
  • Emergency procedures are rehearsed quarterly with attendance records, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees.
  • Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises, by strict adherence to existing laws, statues and applicable ordinances, and by anticipating possible and probable hazards and conditions and either correcting them or pre-
  • planning a defense against them.

  • Stimulate and encourage a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken in the department.
