Chef de Partie required for a luxury Hotel based in Surrey
Great opportunity for a Chef De Partie looking to learn & progress in a awarded establishment.
The hotel has 80 bedrooms, 100 cover fine dining restaurant, conference & banqueting facilities for up to 350.
Duties of the job
Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen
Assist the Commis Chef in their development and training
Offer menu input
To adhere to strict health and hygiene procedures
Learn good kitchen management and cost control in the kitchen
What we need from you
To be from an all fresh background.
Experience as a Chef De Partie is preferred although a confident Demi Chef de Partie will be considered.
Be passionate and enthusiastic to progress
Be smart, clean and tidy
To have your own whites and knives
Salary up to £19,000, Live in accommodation is available.
