The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a growing business based in North Derbyshire.
The main duties of this role is to be the first point of contact for the field based Sales Executives, to complete all administration tasks requested by them in order to maximise sales for the business.
Alongside this, you will also be involved with making outbound calls to previous business users so you must be confident in doing so and have a great telephone manner.
Typical duties include :
Undertake proactive calls to end users and distributors
Make promotional calls to distributors
Provide technical and product information to customers
Dealing with and resolving customers queries
Completing all relevant administration tasks related to each sale / order
You must have experience of working in a customer service / telesales environment alongside good administration skills. You must be enthusiastic and also passionate and committed to provide a high level of customer service.
The role does offer a commission scheme with the opportunity to earn bonus each year.
