Summary Overview of Responsibilities :

As our Global People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner, you’ll directly support and advise international leaders and employees within Technology Platforms and Engineering (TPE) on all issues relating to people management.

By understanding the priorities and requirements of the TPE business, you will be able to develop and implement P&C principles, guidelines and best practice, as well as shaping process and structure.

It is an influential role, vital to the way that we embed transformation in this emerging area of our business. You must be able to work effectively across a global organization, drive change collaboratively and be part of a People & Culture team that is right at the heart of our evolving company vision.

Strong stakeholder management skills are key; a can-do, determined attitude is vital, with the ability to identify potential problems and proactively present solutions.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Operating as an end-to-end P&C Business Partner for TPE globally;
  • Actively driving the change process forward & proposing new ways to work more effectively;
  • Supporting and driving the P&C agenda, as well as advising your business division through the processes and structures;
  • Monitoring, managing and executing genuinely engaging P&C projects;
  • Supporting your business divisions and advising international leaders and internal teams;
  • Coordinating the talent acquisition process and advising throughout.
  • Relevant Job Experience :

    1. Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

  • University degree or equivalent in business administration related area
  • 2. Know How / Skills

  • A global outlook and experience, with a background of working across time zones and cultures
  • Demonstrable knowledge of working within a business going through a transformation;
  • Strong stakeholder management, and confidence communicating the global TPE agenda;
  • Expertise in talent management, employer branding and HR controlling;
  • A high sense of responsibility, self-initiative and a strong command of MS Office;
  • Advanced English language is a must with additional language skills in German, Spanish or French (desirable).
