Sitec are currently looking to recruit a Service Management Administrator / Operational Support for a nuclear MoD establishment in Reading (private organisation).

The post is an estimated 12 month contract and is paying competitively on an hourly basis. Successful applicants will be required to be Security Cleared to top secret level prior to appointment and due to the nature of the projects with this client, Sitec can only accept applications from those resident in the UK for the last 10 years who hold a full British Passport.

Dual nationals will not be considered for this position. Overall Job Purpose Using medium level MS Office skills to manage routine administrative tasks in support of the delivery of operational services against SLAs delivered by the Service Managers.

The role also contributes and maintains the SLAs within the managed services so as to define and deliver against customer requirements.

Summary of Key Accountabilities

  • Production of Monthly Service Report using the documented process.
  • Production and distribution of Service Availability Dashboards using the documented process.
  • Production of Service Level Agreement documents using the predefined templates
  • Ensure communication to the business of : Service outage, change and availability to business and to the IS teams.
  • Production of reports using the documented process in support of the Local Information Management role. All maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
  • Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Production of communication to the business of Service outage, change and availability using predefined templates.
  • Produce and distribute service review documents using the documented process. All Responsible for undertaking other duties as reasonably required from time to time by line and task management Competencies and Minimum Proficiency Levels
  • Service Level Management Working Qualifications and / or Professional Memberships
  • ISEB Foundation certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) Desirable Skills
  • MS Office suite moderate skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Email and Calendar Management Essential
  • SharePoint Desirable Experience
  • MS Office word, excel, PowerPoint, Email and Calendar Management Essential
