As a Risk Manager within the Cash and Liquidity Team you will be responsible for supporting the team by providing advice and training on financial crime policy and procedures.
You will lead a small team of Commercial Banking Representatives (CBRs) who support the onboarding of all customers.
So what would you be doing?...
Be the go to risk expert for your team of CBR’s
Ensuring record keeping is up to date for accounts opened by the team
Highlighting any control failures or weaknesses in processes
Support the Inward Investment, Large Commercial Teams and wider Business and Commercial teams with training and managing pipeline for ongoing due diligence review
Advising on the risk presented by high risk customers and analysing complex structures for commercial customers
Have oversight of the business and ensure that financial crime policies and requirements are firmly embedded where applicable

A good knowledge of commercial banking
Knowledge of the regulatory and legislative requirements and industry practice for financial crime
Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and procedures
A thorough understanding of regulations and legislations relating to AML / CTF (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorist Financing) and Sanctions
Undertaking due diligence and ongoing due diligence for both personal and non-personal business
