Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of an award winning with 2 AA Rosettes in the city of Edinburgh. It is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to progress their career in a strong 2 AA rosette kitchen.
The role itself will be working within a strong team and you will be responsible for your own section within the kitchen and support the Head and Sous chef who have worked at the hotel together for years.
You will be required to work all sections of the kitchen showing that you can adapt in the various sections as well as contribute menu ideas.
The hotel has an excellent reputation for high quality food using only fresh, seasonal local produce which is in abundance.
A refined attention to detail is needed along with good classical and modern training techniques.
Successful applicants should have 2 years experience at Chef de Partie level in hotels or restaurants or a strong Demi chef at Rosette level experienced, an ideal opportunity to move up.

The position commands a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per year for the right candidate dependant on experience. The role is 5 / 7 and straight shifts only.
