As part of our strategic growth, we are keen to recruit a talented corporate lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level to join our thriving Birmingham team.
In this varied role you will work across a portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity-
led transactions, joint ventures and management buy-outs (MBOs).
This is an exciting time to be joining our Corporate team. We are looking for an ambitious lawyer seeking partnership in the short to medium term.
