Following a restructure within the University’s Payroll team, a vacancy has arisen for a full-time permanent Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
The postholder will have responsibility for managing and fulfilling the University’s in-year and year-end PAYE benefits and expenses obligations, including P11D’s and Pay As You Earn Settlement Agreement (PSA) records.
You will have responsibility for a range of processes, including the maintenance of large quantities of varied and often complex data, crucial to the operation of the Payroll Office.
The postholder will be expected to undertake research and interpret tax and social security legislation and have the competence and confidence to answer more complex questions as appropriate.
This is a busy team and the postholder will be expected to become familiar with the University’s departments, their activities, people, and ways of working.
