Business Systems Analyst, London, Legal, £500 / day
A leading legal organisation based in London are looking for a Business Systems Analyst for an initial 6-month contract, paying £400p / d-
£500p / d. The core focus for this individual is to understand the key areas of our service delivery to the business and to establish routine processes that can be improved.
This will involve detailed process mapping & content analysis, and develop user stories to redesign how we support and service the organisation.
This person will need both a blend of business and technical experience and must have worked with document management systems.
As the role lies in the legal sector, experience of having worked in a legal environment will be preferred. Key Responsibilities :
Assisting the Project Manager in setting up and building out their Document Management system.
Supporting the team to scope, map and design the change programme project streams.
Analyse and implement integrated systems and operational process changes that enable a culture of innovation and high performance.

Advise senior business stakeholders to make informed decisions about which initiatives to progress and how to tackle the initiatives. Key Skills & Experience :
Business Analysis experience of more than 5 years with experience in business services reengineering within a law firm.
Demonstrate proactive process design change in several relevant business services areas with deep content knowledge.
Requirements gathering tools / techniques including user stories, use cases, process mapping and modelling and workshops / interviews.
Experience of understanding business processes and how the processes and IT systems are used to identify needs / problems and solutions.
Ability to work across multiple departments and handle initiatives in new business units with confidence.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with an ability to explain complicated technologies to a diverse audience.
Excellent communication skills in order to engage, lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Experience of working with Prince2, MSP, Agile Project Management or other recognised project management techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile organisation during a substantial period of change.
