Salary range £29,307 to £31,053 per annum (pro rata if part time)
Based at Force Headquarters, Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottingham
Nottinghamshire Police is in a period of change which includes a new structure for the HR team and the introduction of this new role.
A new way of working will deliver a local HR service in conjunction with collaboration with Multi Force Shared Services (MFSS) for transactional HR services.
As part of HR, you will design and deliver training, learning and development interventions to meet customer and business needs which supports with the strategic objectives, specifically to provide management training.
Ensure all learning and development activities are supporting performance improvements and responsive to business needs.
You will have obtained or willing to obtain a level 3 teaching or learning and development qualification in learning and development and have recent experience of delivering training to all levels of staff on a regular basis.
Additionally, you will have a recognised assessor qualification or the ability to assess individuals in a structure way.
Good communication and presentation skills are vital to this role, as well as resilience and drive to achieve results.
