As Deputy Property Manager, you will take a lead role in the management and upkeep of all Fire Service properties, allowing our Firefighters to live and work safely.
There will also be opportunity for the successful applicant to assist in major schemes and initiatives.
You will have an extensive knowledge of building surveying in the management of buildings and their facilities with project management experience on large multi-
trade refurbishments. Candidates will have a flair for modern building techniques and practices, supported by a minimum of a Chartered Institute of Building qualification, HNC, or equivalent.
Relevant varied post qualification experience and a full car driving licence are essential.
