The Senior Administrative Coordinator will report to and will be responsible for supporting the Head of US Respiratory and the direct reports of the Respiratory team.

The position requires the ability to manage within a complex, fast paced and dynamic environment. This position will be based in Cambridge, MA.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provides administrative support to Head of US Respiratory requiring an advanced knowledge of department functions and division / business unit functions
  • Manages all brand Head communications as requested, including telephone calls, e-mail, mail, meeting planning, e-mail messages, and internal and external
  • Manages and coordinates communication of US Respiratory team between US / Global Dupixent franchise , as well as the AD team
  • Maintain a complex and changeable calendar, arrange meetings (all logistical details, technology, etc), answer telephones, schedule international and domestic travel
  • Responsible for providing overall clerical support as necessary, including filing, faxing, copying, and all other administrative duties
  • Support Market development in managing the speaker platform including fair market value calculations, credentialing, and other compliance processes
  • Coordinate and develop tactical project requests and serve as a liaison between purchasing and e-bay
  • Assists on creating and managing communications and documents that may contain highly confidential information. The position will require excellent discretion and judgment in handling of confidential material and information
  • Oversees organization and maintenance of department filing system including potentially confidential data

  • Proven ability to work independently, highly organized and effective in handling multiple detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong administrative and computer skills, specifically MS Outlook, creating PowerPoint presentations, coordinating monthly reporting, use of Excel spreadsheets, handle and prepare documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature, execute consistent and precise follow-
  • up by ensuring issues are resolved and projects completed, Concur expense management; Ability to interact with various levels of business functions and professionals in and outside organization

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related administrative work experience, supporting senior level personnel and a H.
  • S. diploma or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience providing senior level administrative support within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, highly desired
  • Experience with confidential or proprietary information expected
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment required. A team player is a must as well as excellent interpersonal and strong organizational skills, and effective communication across different levels within the organization
