  • This role will support a DFS portfolio with a focus on the auto industry, and must sit in either Philadelphia, Blue Bell PA;
  • New York City, Boston, Hartford CT, or Pennington NJ

  • Performs a variety of sales and marketing functions to include the preparation of account schematics, proposal documents, Treasury Relationship Reviews and sales presentations
  • Ongoing client facing with relationships to further deepen and drive revenue; pipeline accuracy and timely update of deals reducing / eliminating delays;
  • liaison / partner on high priority client related issues to make sure resolved in timely manner

  • Perform treasury reviews to deepen relationship and uncover opportunities to increase revenue
  • Identify potential solutions to client needs as requested, or as a result of needs analysis using Sales Opportunity tools
  • Support the Treasury Solutions Officer (TSO) and / or Client Team to exceed portfolio growth goals
  • Run pricing / cost benefit models; confer with TSO regarding profitability of relationships and any price negotiation needed
  • Support and coordinate schedules for Treasury reviews and assumes responsibility for follow-up and resolution of issues escalated to the TSO
  • Assist TSO in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan and pipeline as needed
  • Partner with Credit team to ensure appropriate credit approval is in place for selected products and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Partner with fulfillment teams post-sale.

  • Two or more years of client service experience in financial services; preferred candidates will have Treasury experience
  • One or more year of sales experience in financial services; preferred candidates will have Treasury sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience; preferred candidates will have a degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, etc.)
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team
  • Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues and other business partners
  • Excellent MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) experience
  • Preferred candidates will have their CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
  • Preferred candidates will have proven experience prospecting and developing new business
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
