Finance Business Applications TM1 Systems Manager We have a great opportunity to join our Finance function here at Direct Line Group as a Finance Business Applications TM1 Systems Manager.

This is a permanent opportunity based from our head office in Bromley.

Finance Business Applications administer and maintain six main financial applications for Direct Line Group as well a large number of locally developed applications on several platforms.

These systems handle all financial recording, reporting and forecasting including 30 million transactions and over £4bn of payments a year and 1500 users.

Finance Systems provides first and second line support for these systems, including integrity of interfaces, user access and operation of key controls.

They are also responsible for driving system improvements and provide configuration, development, process and technical SME and change delivery expertise.

What being a Finance Business Applications TM1 Systems Manager Manage 1st and 2nd line support and development team for TM1 Manage the TM1 development work stack by prioritising, allocating work and identifying resource constraints, recruiting appropriately to cover Manage and develop the team to provide the right mix of skills experience Provide expert input into systems analysis to optimise development effort and ensure performance of the platform is meets SLAs Challenge requirements where necessary to ensure the best, appropriate applications are used / produced Review all changes to TM1 ensuring they are compliant with governance, have under gone adequate testing and that any system / process documentation used by BAU has been updated Develop and maintain key business relationships with the appropriate stakeholders within the business Key member of the Finance Systems leadership team, including review of work requests, identifying appropriate solutions and managing operational events as required.
