This role sits within our Financial & Risk ( F&R ) business. On January 30, 2018, Thomson Reuters announced that it signed a definitive agreement to enter into a strategic partnership with private equity funds managed by Blackstone related to the company's F&R business.
As part of the transaction, Thomson Reuters has agreed to sell a 55% majority stake in Financial & Risk and will retain a 45% interest in the business.
Thomson Reuters will maintain full ownership of its Legal, Tax & Accounting and the Reuters News businesses. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of the year and is subject to specified regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

The Information Security team seeks a high-energy, motivated individual who combines solid technical credentials with a high degree of business insight for the position of Lead Identity Engineer Privileged Access Management within our Identity and Access Management team.
In this role, you will architect and engineer PAM solutions in collaboration with executive leadership, technology peers and business partners to solve some of our greatest challenges.
Developing an advanced PAM capability has been defined as a strategic direction for F&R and a cornerstone of our security posture.
You will provide your expertise on the PAM engineering team to architect creative solutions that transform how F&R solves some of our fundamental challenges.
You will drive development of a mature PAM capability including design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation PAM capability to support the company’s strategy.
This capability will be implemented in F&R data centers, in cloud services worldwide and will be used by a diverse set of enterprise technologies across all business units.
