About the role :

Do you have experience managing a team of Recruitment Assessors in a fast-paced environment?

Do you understand contact centre volume recruitment?

We are currently looking for a Volume Recruitment Manager to manage our internal recruitment team along with managing and motivating a team of remote Assessors and Administrators to provide assessment services to CCM to assess and select the desired quality and quantity of new advisors across core vacancy profiles.

Ensure that the vacancies released are fulfilled in line with agreed time scales, KPI’s, quality and performance ratios.

Ensure that onboarding of new starters is administered accurately and in a timely fashion. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Assessor and Admin Team, managing the team remotely across sites ensuring that the team deliver all requirements within agreed timeframes and SLAs, optimising resource and efficiencies.

What you will do :

  • To Line Manage regional teams off assessors. (15 FTE) throughout the country
  • Making delivery decisions to meet client requests
  • Planning capacity to manage team resource and forecasting requirements .
  • Operational decisions for the best of the business to deliver quality candidates
  • Build team unity.
  • Working closely with Telephone interview manager for end to end delivery
  • Manage the team, recruiting, inducting, training and developing in line with company standards
  • Performance Management of direct reports; including PDR’s, 121’s, objective setting and target reviews both monthly and quarterly.
  • Ensure achievement of team targets agreeing activity targets and ratios with the Operations manager for all team members
  • Ensure that the team conduct effective assessment centres with multiple candidates in line with Capita standards and client specific requirements including role plays, group exercises and numeracy, literacy and brand awareness tests
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (Peoplefluent) is used appropriately and updated in a timely manner to progress applications effectively and generate meaningful and accurate management information
  • Ensure the team update candidates on the outcome of their selection process in a fair and timely manner and that constructive feedback is given as and when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to compliance processes in relation to legal right to work and pre-employment screening and ensure that all relevant documentation is collected from candidates
  • Arrange participation of the team in ad-hoc recruitment events (open evenings, recruitment fairs etc.) as requested by Account Management Team / Operations Manager
  • Ensure all service levels are achieved
  • Recommend improvements on the sourcing, screening and selection processes to the Operations manager based on observations in and experience of, assessment centres
  • Ensure CCM Admin team continue to achieve and exceed agreed KPIs and performance ratios
  • Your experience will include :

  • Proven experience of working in a recruitment industry in a delivery and client-facing / in-house capacity, ideally experience of volume / contact centre recruitment
  • Proven experience of Assessment centres and the ability to make effective recruitment decisions working to a customer brief
  • Experience of an end-to-end recruitment process and ATS software
  • Proven people management skills, managing target driven performance
  • Service and delivery focused
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Organised and methodical with high level attention to detail
  • Team player but able to work on own initiative and work autonomously
  • Ability to liaise with and influence at all levels.
  • Confident, assertive, fair with strong communication skills and a calm approach
  • Ability to work well in a demanding environment and to strict deadlines
  • Organisational skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise
  • Ability to create and analyse data and trends drive recruitment activity and achievement of KPIs
  • IT literate - MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS OUTLOOK and MS POWERPOINT
