Following a period of significant growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator with excellent communication skills to join the sales and marketing department.
You will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service, helping to convert enquiries into bookings and process applications on our booking system.
You will be able to re-assure students and solve doubts and questions through live chat, email and telephone. This is NOT a cold calling role.

To ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion through Live Chat, Email and Telephone
To ensure all applications are processed successfully on our booking system
Liaise with Site teams to provide administrative support during the application process
Manage and handle queries, objections and challenges at appropriate points during the process to build trust with customer to confirm bookings
Building strong customer rapport through a high quality of written / oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
Manage knowledge about the booking process and all service options available for students
Completing all required administration and recording of sales and bookings through CRM system and other business systems
Building strong relationships with team members by providing flexible and prompt support at all times
Generate sales reports as and when required
Make suggestions to improve the customer sales experience and contribute ideas to the wider sales and marketing team
Essential Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Experience of having worked within a previous administrative role within a data compliant environment
Previous experience of working with booking / CRM systems
Ability to build rapport, handle objections and challenges
Ability to use multiple customer contact and online systems
Excellent team player who contributes ideas for the success of the team
Self-motivated, results oriented sales person with track record of delivering to targets and working with KPI’s
Quick to learn and apply knowledge
Resilient and consistent, with ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals
Able to self-manage multiple workloads to ensure successful processing of bookings
Flexible with regards to shift patterns and working hours
Ability to travel to sites throughout the UK on a regular basis
Desired but not essential :
Previous experience in sales and lettings ideally within the student sector
