You will hold businessconversations with customers to understand their challenges, overcome issues& guide them through troubleshooting to ensure their business gets the fullvalue from our subscriptions.

Byapplying best-in-class sales & service skills, you will identifyrequirements and help our Client grow business relationships with companiesacross all industries and verticals.

Everyday you’ll make a difference to our Client’scustomers :

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor with customers across multiple industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfil their needs with our clients’ leading cloud technologies
  • Uncover Sales opportunities across a broad range of customer enquiries, and engage in conversations around Cloud solutions
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of the customer needs and experiences; provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer-
  • need and usage scenarios

  • Effectively generate Sales Qualified Opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.
  • g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)

  • Be the first contact point for customers, deliver a strong first impression & build Trusted Advisor status to set the foundation for long term customer relationship
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, including pipeline generation and activity based targets;
  • accurately forecast pipeline generation

  • Leverage best in class sales tooling and communication tools to accelerate sales, maintain high daily activity
  • Communicate with customers effectively through Phone interactions
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment & effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Demonstrate a passion for customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.

  • B2B Sales Orientation Preferably within IT or Software
  • Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding sales & customer service goals
  • Proficient in actively engaging with customers
  • Effective in scoping customer problems and needs and identifying new opportunities

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English & French with strengths in B2B communication styles
  • Strong cultural awareness for selling market
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Good PC Skills (usage of web-based tools and MS Office
  • Proficient typing skills (55WPM for chat)

  • Desire to learn about the client’s products and solutions
  • Ability to adapt conversation style to match technically minded, or business customers, to match communication with customer level.
  • Confidence to open up business conversations about what customers are looking to achieve
  • Ability to ask probing questions, identify business challenges and overcome objections, gaining agreement on solution & best next action
  • Ability to build rapport and establish Trusted Advisor credibility with business customers
  • Solid knowledge of online software and applications available in the current marketplace including Operating System recognition
  • EssentialCriteria

  • Fluency in English & Spanish
  • Minimum of 6 months Sales experience
  • Minimum of 6 months Customer Support experience
  • Experience working with branded software products and services
  • Hours of Work : Monday toFriday 8am to 6pm 40 hours per week.
