to-market when delivering products / propositions, all while delivering higher employee engagement.
We seek a Senior Knowledge Analyst to help shape our Agile offering and apply it during large scale transformation projects.
The successful candidate will combine his / her prior expertise to support case and proposal teams around the world. For example, you will consult and support engagements with cross-
functional, joint BCG / client teams transforming organizations to an Agile operating model. Together with these teams, you will help clients to design the new agile organization and provide hands-
on training and coaching on Agile concepts, values, culture, behaviors and practices. You will also develop and enhance IP which can be integrated into a consulting service offering.
You will then deliver this IP and best practices and knowledge from your previous experience and BCG’s Agile work to enable consulting teams.
You will also be collaborating with the Agile leadership group to push the Agile topic agenda and priorities
As an SKA, you will need excellent consulting and organizational skills, effective communication and collaboration skills, and you need to work well in teams.

A successful SKA will have an overview of BCG's activities in the Agile space and be able to make connections between people, resources, and information in this rapidly evolving space.
Unlike traditional consulting staff, the SKA will also have an opportunity to work on long-term projects and initiatives to provide insights to consulting teams
