The Role

The role provides the support to ensure that HR systems operate effectively and efficiently. This includes responsibility to ensure that Workday configuration continues to meet business requirements.

The role also supports operational delivery of analytical modelling across HR.

Although based at our UK HQ in Bexhill, we do support flexible working with up to 2 days a week working from home. You are trusted to manage your workload effectively and efficiently, prioritising the needs of the business.

  • Your remit will include the following;
  • Identify and create HR MI on a monthly and ad-hoc basis, ensuring the approach that can be maintained and updated in a growing organisation.
  • Implement process improvements as required on an on-going basis
  • Perform administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations and updates
  • Recommend configuration changes that would result in more effective / efficient operations
  • Develop and modify reports, analytics, metrics and dashboards for management and users
  • Actively participate in Workday Community to identify any potential issues, as well as identifying any new solutions to existing issue
  • Analyse issues, identify failures and provide resolutions related to existing systems and interfaces using the testing cycle
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and manage data flows within HR and across the business

    Required experience and skills

  • Experience of delivering projects in an HR environment
  • An understanding of business processes
  • Experience of providing analytical support using an HRIS
  • Constantly seeks to develop relevant technical knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advantageous Experience

    Experience of working in either a Reward or HR Team

  • Experience of managing / analysing data using the Workday platform
  • Personal attributes

  • Excellent communication skills can present to, and interact with, varying stakeholders
