  • Danone Dairy is the largest division for Danone globally and is currently operating in a challenging market environment within the UK
  • As the No1 Account in Danone Dairy UK, Tesco remain a strategic partner for growth, instrumental in delivering the total DUK Objectives
  • This role is a great opportunity for a current NAM to come in & co-build and deliver an ambitious plan with our No1 Account Tesco with huge opportunity & scope for stretch with development in to SNAM
  • Objectives of the role

  • To agree and deliver a jointly agreed annual plan with Tesco in line with our joint category strategy which meets the budget expectation of the business
  • To deliver this with bespoke plans across all the formats of the Tesco business (Express, Online & Main Estate)
  • To build a strong long term relationship with all Tesco contacts across the buying and selling teams
  • To lead and provide timely updates on business performance along with recommendations for growth opportunities both internally & externally (BPR, JBP Updates)
  • To deliver excellence in execution through best in class shopper plans alongside the account exec, Dunnhumby, shopper marketing & 3rd Party agents
  • Management of the account exec, with overall accountability for their core responsibilities (forecasting, account admin etc)
  • Targeted profile

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and curious approach
  • Prepared to take the initiative
  • Positive at building relationships - internal and external
  • Confident communicator
  • Equally comfortable working on own or in a team environment
  • The ideal Candidate :

  • Sales experience within Top 4 grocery preferable
  • Previous experience of full P&L Management & Joint Business planning essential
  • Experience in managing customers with an online business
  • Educated to degree standard
  • Line Management experience preferable but not essential
