The Client Services team is responsible for securing, ensuring and growing each and every one of our clients and the prospective clients of Hangar Seven.

Our clients and their customers live and breathe an integrated omni channel retail world, it’s complex, sometimes confusing and the client service team goal has always been to simplify the experience.

We have to remain current, relevant, retail savvy and always effective. The team is responsible for being the client representative within our business while aligning with our business objectives and ambitions.

Requirements

Working closely with all our internal teams, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing assigned clients.

The Senior Account Manager plays an integral role in ensuring that the assigned clients are effectively managed to the plan and that all client opportunities are maximized to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

You will exceed expectations in day to day delivery on complex projects with some strategic input where required.

  • Know your client groups businesses and their products, together with their marketplaces, as well as they do or better
  • Constantly innovate keeping pace with the market, put forward new ideas, suggestions and strategies
  • Listen diligently to clients always
  • Commercial meet your commercial targets (revenue, cost, time) in business as usual, with some organic growth. Ensure profitable outcome from all your projects, with an in depth understanding of how to maximise margin to the business and service to our clients.
  • Demonstrate your understanding of each client’s business and to add value through your knowledge of their products, competitor activity and the market in general.
  • Listen diligently to clients always
  • Lead and develop meaningful and valuable senior relationships with our clients to ensure they are No 1 fans of our business
