The Client Services team is responsible for securing, ensuring and growing each and every one of our clients and the prospective clients of Hangar Seven.
Our clients and their customers live and breathe an integrated omni channel retail world, it’s complex, sometimes confusing and the client service team goal has always been to simplify the experience.
We have to remain current, relevant, retail savvy and always effective. The team is responsible for being the client representative within our business while aligning with our business objectives and ambitions.
Working closely with all our internal teams, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing assigned clients.
The Senior Account Manager plays an integral role in ensuring that the assigned clients are effectively managed to the plan and that all client opportunities are maximized to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
You will exceed expectations in day to day delivery on complex projects with some strategic input where required.
