Job purpose

Reporting into the Divisional Director you will be responsible for successfully managing all aspects of Interserve’s P22 Framework in Leicester.

This will cover all elements of Pre-Construction and Construction delivery, technically,mercially, safely and to the client's satisfaction.

Whilst you will have overall responsibility for delivering the framework you will be supporting by our Pre-Construction and Construction teams.


  • To identify the client's requirements and ensure we deliver these requirements to the client's satisfaction;
  • Represent thepany on any internal or external issues;
  • Lead the Design of the individual projects;
  • Lead the production of feasibility studies;
  • Lead the production of High Level and Project Specific programmes;
  • Represent thepany at external site meetings;
  • Liaise with the client with regard to; ProgrammeMethodologyDesignCost and cost variations
  • Produce / have input into; Development and production of Firm Price QuotationsCost topletesProject ProgrammesHigh level Framework Programmes
  • To manage the resources on the Framework(s) on a day to day basis and to report any staff issues as appropriate;
  • Have input into the management of projectmercial issues and cost reporting (WIP);
  • Help prepare Risk Assessments & Method Statements as required;
  • To ensure all project reporting is provided upstream and downstream in a timely manner;
  • Regularly audit projects to ensurepliance with regard to Health, Safety and Quality;
  • Identify all risks and manage actions and implementation to mitigate such risks;
  • Help manage the delivery of numerous Projects allocated by clients;
  • Have input into Metrics reports.
  • What we are looking for

  • A background in Healthcare with some experience of Mental Health would be desirable but not essential;
  • Have a good basic education, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability tomunicate and delegate at all levels;
  • Ability tomunicate with the client including stakeholder engagement / management;
  • Ability to provide leadership for the project team;
  • Be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach;
  • Have a sound understanding of currentpany and legislative Health and Safety, Environmental impacts and Risk Assessment Procedures;
  • Experience in project management and or professional quantifications;
  • Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current operations department activities when requested to do so;
