Do you have the relevant experience and are looking for a new and varied role? If you are then the role of Fund Admin Team Leader is the one for you! It will be your job to ensure the provision of an effective administration and accounting service to clients and internal parties.

This role will be managing a team.

  • Detailed working knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Strong experience of motivating, managing and developing a team. Proven track record of driving a high performing team is essential
  • IOC / IMC qualified Part or fully Qualified CA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Investment Management experience
  • Experience in investment accounting

    Core responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the development of the section by actively identifying and instigating initiatives that will improve the service delivered to clients and ensuring any adopted procedures are fully embraced by the team.
  • Be an effective and proactive member of the management team, offering strong support and commitment to help define and deliver the sections key goals and objectives.
  • Manage and develop the team ensuring all members are fully engaged in delivering excellent client service. Including : clear and appropriate allocation of responsibilities and resources o Management of staff including training, development and appraisals.
  • Ownership of Client Administrators and team responsibilities as well as own

  • Monitor and maintain standards and procedures of the team ensuring they are in line with departmental and sectional standards.
  • Review the output of the team, ensuring all key deliverables including client reporting and fees are prepared and issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor service levels to ensure all required information is sent out within client, internal and regulatory deadlines, including communication of any issues to the manager / assistant manager.
  • Assist team members solve day to day problems and queries in a timely manner
  • Support the other teams within the department during busy periods to ensure all key deliverables are achieved.
  • Supporting business plan and business as usual projects as required
