What you will be doing
This is a crucial role in determining the success of our growth plans. Within this role you would lead the charity’s risk management function reporting to our Director of Risk and Compliance.
Your role will be to lead the team with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the charity’s risk management strategy and framework across all categories of risk.
You will provide leadership, oversight, guidance and challenge on the identification, control and effective management of information security, operational and business continuity risks across StepChange.
Some of the key responsibilities are :
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in leadership within a risk / compliance environment. Ideally educated to degree level (in a relevant discipline), with relevant information security (CISM / P) or risk management qualification and experience of implementing / maintaining ISO27001 certified management system.
