Veblen International are recruiting for an exciting client that provides personalised medicine to company members a real leader in their market! This service is tailored to the individual, considering their lifestyle, age and gender when providing solutions.

The position available is for a Membership Account Manager to be based in London.

Responsibilities for this role include :

Actively working to meet quarterly sales targets

Developing strong strategic relationships

Attending regular training sessions

Customer service duties

Assisting with the creation of new product / service packages

Taking bookings over the phone

Producing an article for the website on a monthly basis

Administrative duties as required

Dealing with last minute customer requests

Candidate requirements :

A degree or equivalent would be beneficial, but not essential

Strong sales and business acumen (medical experience isn't necessary)

A self-starter with an enthusiastic approach

Previous experience working in luxury or with ultra high-net worth clients would be highly advantageous

Excellent customer service abilities

Strong communication skills
