Job Title : Sales Account Manager

Salary : up to £17,500 Basic £35,000 OTE (Year 1)

Location : Leicester City Centre, 9am -5.30pm Monday Friday

Sector : Merchandising / Promotional Products

The Role :

This excellent opportunity is based within a market leading promotional goods manufacturer, handling incoming enquiries via phone and email as well as the online ordering system.

The Client Account Manager handles a mixture of new business opportunities as well as managing their own accounts which they grow week after week in the process of offering a superb service in the delivery of these fantastic products.

There is NO COLD CALLING involved within this role, the company is expanding rapidly due to the popularity of the product range and handling incoming enquiries with speed and efficiency is priority number one for the Account Managers.

An example of the tasks that will need to be performed are : -

Discuss new customers product requirements and advise accordingly

Liaise with design teams to deliver the very best product for the customer

Be the go-to person for the customer for any design queries and alterations until final sign off

Delivering an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat orders

Use own initiative to maximise order values

Deal with account queries in a swift and timely manner

The Person :

You will be a fun, outgoing person who can shine when working on your own but is also able to integrate into an already successful team.

Previous Account Management experience is not an absolute necessity but will certainly be advantageous when applying for this exciting role.

You will have an excellent understanding of the English language as you will be investing a lot of time on the telephone, updating clients and receiving incoming orders and queries.

There will also be a lot of email and computer work so previous examples of working in an I.T savvy environment would again be beneficial.
