Team Manager - Disability Needs. Home based with extensive UK travel
The Role :
Leading a team of Disability Needs Assessors, you will report directly to the Head of Service Delivery. You will be responsible for pro-
actively supporting the successful achievement of the forecasted annual business plan and ensuring delivery of key performance indicators to ensure Contact Associates meets its business objectives.
Key Accountabilities :
Manage the performance and productivity of a team of Disability Needs Assessors to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators through effective leadership, coaching mentoring and development activity.
Provide support to the Disability Assessors to enable positive development processes utilising internal and external tools.
Be proactively responsible for staff motivation and develop and maintain a team ethos as well as minimising staff absence and attrition.
Responsible for driving the Quality Assurance initiative and minimising queries.
As directed by the Head of Service Delivery, complete any other duties that may be deemed necessary by the business to ensure successful delivery of the service.
Able to develop and deliver presentations to direct reports and stakeholders
