We have an exciting opportunity for a new Account Manager to join our team working across one of our most successful magazine portfolios France Magazine, Living France and French Property News.

With a base in our friendly offices in Cheltenham, we are looking for highly motivated and self-driven sales individual who will enjoy the responsibility of managing their own workload and clients.

The main purpose of the role is grow the advertising revenue for these magazines, calling new and existing businesses and consulting with them to understand their advertising / marketing plans and providing them with the best solutions we can offer through the France Magazine print, digital and exhibition portfolios.

It’s a great chance to be creative and produce imaginative advertising solutions, constantly looking for opportunities and building and creating great relationships with potential customers.

With a strong outbound telephone-based background you will have superb customer service skills as well as confident sales ability.

You will also be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, lively environment.

Although the majority of this role is telephone based you do have the opportunity to attend relevant exhibitions throughout the year to meet clients and cement relationships and expand your network of customers.

The France Show is a French lifestyle and property show held annually at Olympia attracting thousands of Francophile visitors.


  • Proven telephone sales experience
  • Fluent spoken and written French (desirable but not a must)
  • Strong B2B sales background
  • Proven track record in selling to SMEs / professional businesses
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to converse well with a range of clients
  • Ideally an advertising / media or sales background
  • Preference to win new business and create own leads
  • Working knowledge of print and digital solutions
  • Willing to learn and develop within the media industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management

  • Basic salary of up to £20k + realistic OTE £8400 per annum
