We are seeking a User Research Director to join us in our Edinburgh office and be part of our highly distributed global team.

  • Previous job experience as a User Research Director or equivalent ideally within an internet economy business
  • Your track record evidences opportunities you have capitalised on, minimised threats and transformed businesses
  • A truthful and exploratory leader, you know what makes people tick and how to help them achieve their full potential
  • You have built and managed teams- you able to plan, scope, analyse and translate complex things into simple language for all to understand
  • You are evidence based and have knowledge of how to combine customer and business insight into themes for designers
  • You’re passionate and empathetic - you fall in love with problems, not solutions. You don’t burn out if things don’t go your way.
  • You’re a doer, and a helper

  • With a global perspective, you reliably forecast future needs and devise plans to meet those needs
  • You can output quick iterations and still have the ability to work in a changing environment. You know the pit falls of just incrementalism.
