Platinum Recruitment Group are supporting one of the leaders in the IT industry in the appointment of a . The role has been created to join a finance department of 6 staff and report to the Finance Manager.

Your role will be to maintain the purchase ledger function from start to finish which will be inclusive of the following tasks :

  • Month end ledger close and report presentation to Finance Manager
  • Processing the bi-monthly payment run
  • Supplier statement reconciliation and month end reconciliation
  • Process all staff expenses and mileage claims weekly
  • Monthly credit card accruals Matching and coding of all invoices via the accounting software Sage
