This apprenticeship is suitable for new or existing professionals already in a project management support role such as Junior Project Manager, Project Management Support, Assistant Project Manager or other roles requiring project management skills.
Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success! Projects can be defined and delivered within different contexts, across diverse industry sectors.
They can be large or small. An associate project manager knows what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the required outcomes.
Associate project managers need good planning, organization, leadership, management and communication skills. An associate project manager utilizes resources with suitable skills, qualifications, experience and knowledge to work together in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience :
The apprenticeship will run over a 2-year period which leads to Student Membership of the Association of Project Management (APM).
There is the opportunity to go onto further study to enable you to be qualified to progress onto Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L5.

Working week : 9 : 00am 6 : 00pm / 40 hours per week
