term value by injecting new capital into three key sectors : Housing, Future Cities and SME Finance.

This will include interactions with the L&G Group planning team, LGC’s central senior management team and sector leads, Group treasury and other specialist teams (e.
g. financial reporting, capital and solvency etc.) Producing forecasts and scenario planning to assist central planning and options analysis, with focus on profit generation, liquidity strategy, market opportunity and sector concentrations Producing and presenting supporting documentation and papers for discussion both informally and in committee environments Supporting the Head of Finance with LGC’s financial M&A activities : Contributing to overall M&A process for new acquisitions and disposals within LGC’s portfolio Supporting the financial due diligence process for new investments, including shaping the assignment scope, managing work streams and outputs of due diligence providers and interpreting and communicating findings to senior LGC stakeholders Supporting the Direct Investment team with the financial tasks around existing portfolio assets : General financial business partnering, including performance monitoring and reporting, and forecasting and support for any financial themes emerging (e.
g. appropriate accounting policies) Supporting the asset team with key financial events (including refinancing events, asset disposals, etc.)
