Leads improvements in performance globally through implementing best practice, undertaking process transformation and implementing strategic technology changes that will deliver efficient and effective processes
Responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the process at a global level across all functions providing advice and guidance, as required, to improve processes and the customer experience
Work with key stakeholders to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and establish effective relationships with same
Define and agree SLA's with key stakeholders, including KPI's and managing performance against these metrics
Review and maintain strong controls ensuring that all GDPR and other statutory requirements are adhered to
Manage the provision of reporting both scheduled and ad-hoc information, ensuring the data provided is accurate with suitable commentary provided, where necessary
Use data and information to drive process compliance, efficiency and work with the business to improve business acumen and understanding of results
Create a positive work environment that fosters team and individual performance while enhancing accountability, to generate a complement pipeline of talented professionals
